Scott Wilkinson: President
Scott Wilkinson is an accomplished FinTech Executive with a track record of conceiving, selling and building innovative products and technology solutions for banks, wealth, and insurance companies.
Scott currently assists Canadian software company, RPM Technologies, to lead and execute business and corporate development strategies. Prior to RPM, Scott held global Executive roles with Temenos Group AG, a global financial software company, and as a Senior Vice President with International Financial Data Services Canada.
As a Consultant and Executive, Scott has worked with over 50 global financial, consumer and technology companies to assist them in understanding market opportunities and then developing compelling product, distribution and go-to-market strategies to address market needs.
Scott holds a B.A. from the University of Toronto and an M.B.A. with Distinction (Ivey Scholar) from Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.
Scott is has been of member of the Radius Board since 2014. Scott resides in Oakville, Ontario.
Anthony Odoardi: Vice-President
Anthony Odoardi is a 23 year member of the Halton Regional Police Service and is currently assigned as the Commander of the Regional Investigative Services. Anthony leads several investigative units including the Intelligence Bureau, Internet Child Exploitation Unit, Technological Crime Unit, Drug and Morality Unit, Fraud Unit, Domestic Violence Unit, Homicide Unit and the newly formed Cyber Crime unit. Anthony also works closely with the HRPS Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit which provides him valuable perspective in his Board duties with Radius. Anthony is also working closely with the Halton Children’s Aid Society, Radius staff and the HRPS Wellness Unit to identify areas of improvement with respect to Vicarious Trauma in the workplace to improve employee wellness and in turn increase quality services to clients. Anthony has extensive experience with several non-for-profit organizations as both a volunteer and Executive Board Member.
Christina Fox: Treasurer
Christina Fox is a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Toronto, specializing in providing service to asset management, pension and financial services clients. She has more than 17 years of professional experience, 5 of which were in the United States. She is a licensed CPA both in Canada and the U.S. and services global and North American clients. Christina is the leader of PwC Toronto’s Pension practice Centre of Excellence servicing pension and asset management clients across Canada. She is the Treasurer and a member of the Board of the Children’s Bridge Adoption Consultants, in addition to her role with Radius. She was the formerly the Chair of the Board of the Adoption Counsel of Ontario and is a proud adoptive parent. Christina is a mother of an energetic second grader and three furry babies too. She and her husband David share a view that community involvement is an important part of being a meaningful contributor to the health and welfare of our current and future society.
Carolyn McCarney: Secretary
Carolyn McCarney is lead counsel at McCarney Law, a boutique law firm offering legal research, writing, and litigation support services. Carolyn acquired her Bachelor of Arts with Honours from McGill University, her Juris Doctor and a Certificate in International Human Rights Law from Queen’s University, and a Certificate in Construction Law from OsGoode Hall Law School. Called to the Bar in 2011, Carolyn has appeared before various levels of Courts and Tribunals in civil litigation, commercial litigation, criminal defence, construction lien, and family law matters. Carolyn has additionally published in several academic journals and has provided editorial or research assistance for numerous other publications.
Jennifer Charlebois: Member-at-Large
Jennifer Charlebois is a communications and media professional with experience in a wide range of capacities, from marketing and publicity, media relations, and journalism, to corporate, strategic and crisis communications and public affairs. Jennifer is currently with CannTx Life Sciences Inc. where she manages communications and social media marketing. Jennifer has also held a variety of positions working for such organizations as CBC/Radio-Canada (Montreal), CTV (Montreal), Global TV (Toronto) and the Chronicle Herald (Halifax). Jennifer has a B.A. Honours in English Literature from Bishop’s University, a Graduate Diploma in Journalism from Concordia University, and she is working towards a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability from the University of Michael’s College at the University of Toronto.

Andrew Tyrrell: Member-at-Large
Andrew Tyrrell is a Senior Investigator with expertise in complex financial frauds, professional conduct of regulated professionals and criminal prosecutions. He has held positions in private practice, the Law Society of Upper Canada and Intact Financial Corporation. He holds certifications from the University of Windsor in Alternative Dispute Resolutions and with the National Association of Certified Fire and Explosive Investigators. As a dual Canadian and UK citizen, he has resided in the Burlington-Oakville area for over 30 years.
Appointed to the Halton Regional Police Services Board by the Lieutenant Governor from 2006 to 2015, Andrew is proud to have been involved in a wide variety of policing and community based programs and initiatives. Andrew is a cycling and running coach to many recreational athletes in the Burlington, Oakville and Toronto areas. He has served as a volunteer with non-profit and charitable organizations such as the Canadian Caribbean Association of Halton, Professionals’ Day, Carousel of Nations Multicultural Festival and Oakville Community Waterfront Festival. Since 2008 he continues to serve as President of Oakville Legion Track & Field Club and, at present, sits on the Board of Directors of Radius Child & Youth Services, a specialized community-based agency that provides clinical assessment and treatment services to children, adolescents and families affected by interpersonal abuse.
As a graduate of Cambrian College, while in the position of Vice-President, Academic Affairs he was presented with the “Governing with Excellence” Award for his work and dedication while sitting on the Board of Directors.
Mr. Tyrrell enjoys competing in marathons, cycling and Ironman triathlon events throughout North America. As a licensed pilot he enjoys seeking out remote Canadian destinations.
